WEEKLY WORKOUT PLAN

As a multi-sport athlete my training has many pieces and parts. Some weeks I have no problem finding time in my schedule to train other weeks it’s impossible. I find that writing down my plan in a simple form puts everything into perspective. I created this very basic template for you to download. In pinch it helps to have a simple template that you can rework as needed. As always don’t forget to program a rest day(s)?
