It’s February, but somehow we’ve been blessed with a nice spring preview. Which led me to thinking that you’re probably going to miss working out at the gym because the weather is awesome. Or you’re going on a spring break trip soon. A run is always a good option but if you looking for resistance training , I’ve come up with some easy body weight workouts that you can take anywhere. They are no longer than 20 -40 minutes. Nothing too fancy but if you want to get something in, these routines work well. You can ask your travel buddies to join you. Below are two options. Both are timed so you’ll need a stopwatch. Why count reps!
